Refund Policy

Event Tickets

Due to the nature of ticket purchases for time-bound leisure events, no refunds or right of withdrawal apply once an order is confirmed. This is in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Satz 1 Nr. 9 BGB (German Civil Code), which excludes such services from standard consumer withdrawal rights. All ticket orders are binding and non-refundable upon confirmation by YOESH.

Digital Products / Sealed Goods

Refunds are also not permitted for:

  • Unsealed audio/video recordings or software once packaging has been opened (§ 312g Abs. 2 Satz 1 Nr. 6 BGB)

General Product Refunds (Non-Ticket Items)

For all other goods not covered under the exceptions above:

  • Customers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason

  • The withdrawal period begins the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods

  • Refunds will include the original payment amount and standard delivery costs

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment

  • Customers bear the cost of return shipping

  • YOESH reserves the right to withhold the refund until goods are received or return proof is provided

  • Customers are liable for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect them
